Power Purchase Agreement Model

A power purchase agreement (PPA) between a customer and EyeOn Solar, allows us to build an on-site power plant that provides reliable, long-term clean energy with no upfront capital costs for the customer.

Under the terms of a PPA, EyeOn Solar will fund, own, and operate the power plant and sell the electricity and Renewable Energy Credits. These agreements specify the estimated output of the renewable power plant and the price per kWh. While electricity is being produced by the plant, the need for grid-supplied electricity is significantly reduced, thereby offsetting costly grid power.
